Can you express yourself within four minutes?
On June 19th, I received a call if I am interest sharing myself as a dietitian for Podcast?That time, I was the middle of some potential projects for school lunch proposal in Dubai…., so asked him to call me back later and to send me his information.
Do you know Global PodCast Network, I did not.
Long story short.., next day, after the call, I received a several questions which will be asked at the live broadcast. My scheduled time was on 23rd at 11:37AM for ” 6min” , it’s even including checking up with a host, his name is John. Far to say, the actual time was 4 min or so.
I did my homework, preparing my answer to deliver my bereife.. the power of authentic foods, lifestyle, and mindfulness in longterm health. Though…, it went different direction…, I added comments which was not planned, and host changed the questions, too.

This is what I prepared for the PodCast…I hardly used it.
1. Please give a description of your company and the products/services you offer.
I am a functional nutrition with the wisdom of Japanese culinary traditions and mindfulness practices.
2. How long have you been in business?
Over 10 years as a nutritionist.
3. Tell us about your business.
Provide private and group nutrition consultations, cooking class, nutrition and mindful eating focusing on long-team healthy lifestyle
I do public speaking, seminar both in-person and virtually making harmony with wide variety of people, and they can bring back to their family and friends

4. What inspired you to pursue your profession?
I am from Nara Japan, it’s an oldest capital, I was realized with daily tofu, miso soup, umeboshi, seaweeds, and manful eating, realized how lucky I was, so so pleased those wisdom
However…, I was not following…, especially after I moved the the US., and being the witness of so many loved people, family friend, mentors put aside self care while loving and caring others… cost their own health even life…, I realised I was a one, too. wanted to share my good and bad . experiences and the importance of authentic way of foods and living we all have in our culture no mater where we came from.
Then…, I switched my carrier from corporate world to pursuing to be a nutritionist...,I can reach wider people and change their life.
5. What would you like the listeners to know about you?
Cooking is simple and fun, and we can enjoy own tasty foods with full of love.
Cook Well eat Well, love yourself, Selfcare is the most powerful health care.
Then treat yourself with a deep breathing and a bowl of matcha.

P.S. while I am writing this newsletter…, they offer saying they want me to come back…, creating 30 min x 10 video PodCast.., which goes to worldwide with “fee.” Wait a minute, I kept saying…, it’s too big and not for me, especially with fee.
Finally they agree to call me back the end of this week, I need to calm down even mostly my answer is “not for me.”
Lesson: Do not rush jumping in for what more than we can handle.
